In the course of my life, I have traveled internationally to many different wine-growing regions whose diversity has always fascinated me.
So the founding of a wine event agency in my home region, the RHEINGAU, which is characterized by over a thousand years of winegrowing history, was only a logical consequence and the fulfilment of a heart's desire.

History
SCHÖNLEBER 1848
"1848" goes back to my ancestor Nikolaus Schönleber, born in 1817. He founded the "Schönleber Bakery" in 1848 – the year of civil revolutionary uprisings throughout Germany and Europe.
Way more than a 100 years later I was born in the same house, where Nikolaus once started the bakery and a small winery as a business sideline. The tradition was continued by the following generations and so I grew up with the production of two of the oldest cultural assets of mankind: Bread & Wine.
